拌鱿鱼筒
原料: 原 料：
水发鱿鱼250克，大蒜25克，酱油4克，白糖1克，绍酒5克，味精1克，麻油10克。
制法: （1）将水发鱿鱼洗净，去须和头，顺长切为两半，剞上十字花刀，再切成4厘米长、2厘米宽的长方块，放入开水内焯至断生，捞出沥干水分。
（2）将大蒜剥去外皮，洗净，捣成蒜泥，放入碗内，加入酱油、白糖、绍酒、味精、麻油调成蒜酱汁。
（3）将沥净水的鱿鱼块装入盘内，浇上蒜酱汁，拌匀即成。
特点: 制作方便，质地脆爽，蒜香浓郁，清鲜味美。
