Based on predicted electricenergy price, and taking maximization of profit as the target, a strategic decision model for startup and shutdown of units in the future operation period of a power plant has been put forward.
基于预测的边际电价,以利润最大化为目标,提出了发电厂未来运行周期的机组起停决策模型,同时针对该数学模型,对传统的遗传算法进行了多方面改进,较为深入地研究了该优化问题的求解算法,并给出了算例。
