Study results show that there is obviously magnetic saturation effect with the magnetic field distribution and the damping force,and the saturation magnetic motive force rises with the increase of the area of magnetic core.

In designing and developing deflection yoke core used for displays, not only the materials, the compacting conditions, and the sintering temperature, but also appropriate die should be considered so as to guarantee compacting dimensions.
