This thesis introduces the arc splines fixing with sectionally smooth joining to create the computing modeling for disk cam with wedge flatface follower,analyze the fixing error of the model and solve the problem of it’s manufacturing with the numeric control continuous contouring grinder.

具有精密坐标定位装置，用于磨削孔距精度要求很高的精密孔和成形表面的磨床。坐标磨床与坐标镗床有相同的结构布局，不同的是镗刀主轴换成了高速磨头。磨削时，工件固定在能按坐标定位移动的工作台上，砂轮除高速自转外还通过行星传动机构作慢速的公转，并能作垂直进给运动（见机床）。改变磨头行星运动的半径，可实现径向进给。磨头通常采用高频电动磨头或空气透平磨头。坐标磨床除能磨削圆柱孔外，还可磨削圆弧内外表面和圆锥孔等，主要用于加工淬硬工件、冲模和压模等。在磨头上安装插磨附件，使砂轮轴线处于水平位置，砂轮不作行星运动而只作上下往复运动，可进行类似于插削形式的磨削，以加工内齿圈、分度板和凸轮等。随着数字控制技术的应用，坐标磨床已能磨削各种成形表面。（见彩图）
