细白砂糖50克，清蜜30毫升，柠檬汁15毫升，水60毫升，哈密瓜1个（约1千克），碎冰，黄瓜片（用于装饰），鸡尾酒（用于配套）。6人份。
制作：
1、糖、清蜜、柠檬汁和水放入锅中，用文火加热，并轻轻搅拌，使糖溶解，煮沸后冷却。
2、将瓜一切两半，小心地将瓜肉挖入果蔬机中，将瓜皮保持完整，放置一旁备用。
3、将瓜肉搅拌均匀，倒入碗中，加入冷却的糖浆，搅拌降温。将瓜皮倒放于纸巾上沥干。将瓜皮放入冷冻器，制作冰沙时取出。
4、将瓜肉混合液放入冰淇淋机中搅拌，直到可以成型时为止。如果手工制作冰沙，则将混合液倒入塑料桶或类似的耐冻容器，冷冻3-4小时，用叉子、搅拌器或果蔬机搅打2次，形成冰晶。
5、将冰沙倒入瓜皮中，用刀将表面抹平。用甜点匙在每个填满的瓜中挖出一个空腔，加盖冷冻一整夜，使其冻实为止。
6、食用时，用餐刀将每个瓜切成三份，放在装有碎冰的浅盘中或个人餐盘中，用黄瓜片装饰，上面轻轻酒上鸡尾酒。
