X线谱
放射学术语。又名伦琴射线谱。一种电磁射线谱。根据X线波长的次序将其强度排布开来的图谱。X线的波长范围是10～0.001nm(100～0.01?)。X线谱包括两种：连续X线谱和标识X线谱(或称特征X线谱)。连续X线谱是高速带电粒子急剧减速时产生的电磁辐射，称韧致辐射。它包含各种不同波长的X线，即多种能量光子的混合射线。标识X线谱的产生是由于高速电子作用于靶原子内部轨道电子形成的K系、L系……辐射，即在连续X线谱基础上，增加了若干条强度很大并有特定波长的谱线。连续X线的总强度与管电流和原子核电场强度成正比，而短波成分的射线数量与管电压成正比。标识X线与管电压无关，仅与靶原子的结构有关。医用X线管发出的主要是连续X射线，标识X射线只占很少数量。
