| 鹅掌风 发生于手掌面的癣菌感染性皮肤病。因手掌粗糙裂如鹅掌而得名。相当于现代医学的手癣，也包括手部皲裂性湿疹、掌蹠角化症等。鹅掌风之名始见于中国明代《外科启玄》。明代《外科正宗》有较详细的记载。多因感受风毒，凝结皮肤，气血失养所致；或由接触传染而得。证见初起手掌及手指皮下生小水疱、瘙痒，继而疱破，迭起白皮，脱屑，日久手掌皮肤粗糙变厚；甚则皲裂疼痛，入冬加重，自掌心可遍及全手；进一步发展可染及指甲并使之变厚，色灰黑而脆，病程缠绵，经久不愈，治疗以外治为主。用鹅掌风浸泡法浸泡患手；或用癣药水外搽；皮肤粗糙皲裂者，外搽风油膏或红油膏。重者可内服祛风地黄丸。 |
