性质：其工作原理是由与手轮一起转动的阀杆将阀头压下，使阀关闭。靠弹簧和气压将阀头抬起，使阀开启。膜片将介质与大气隔开。其优点是密封性好，可靠，死区小，其死区体积不到相同口径波纹管阀的一半。易于排除痕量残留气体；阀头与阀座间无相对摩擦，不会有金属粒子落入介质中。可以同时满足高压、真空、高低温的综合性能。膜片式截止阀工作压力可达21MPa，适用温度-54～316℃，漏气速率1.33×10-7Pa·L/s。可供高纯气体系统用。
