Engineers have to think highly first on the cause and effect analysis while designing on safe protection of manufacture equipments,with full consideration of all the factors resulting in potential accidents,taking reasonable measures on shut down and off-work,trying all means to avoid frequent on and off works of the devices and narrow the influence area resulted from the emergency shutdown.
在对生产装置进行安全保护的设计过程中,需要对整个系统进行细致的因果分析,充分考虑可能引起故障的事件,合理采取关断及停车的措施,在保证装置运行安全可靠的基础上尽量减少紧急关断影响的范围,避免装置频繁的停车及开车操作。

Aiming at avoiding high risks at sour gas fields,a reasonable emergency shutdown scheme should be worked out to timely introduce safety protection system in case of emergencies.
为此,设计了国内某酸性气田集输系统紧急事故条件下的紧急关断方案,讨论了关断方案设计原则,对关断信息来源的探测器和消防系统的技术指标进行了分析,提出了基于泄漏、火灾的4级关断系统方案,方案采用分级启动,并将自动启动与高级人工关断相结合,可有效提高事故快速响应和防止后果扩大。
