This paper describes the overall idea of multi-purpose rocket deep-water launcher briefly,expatiates various purposes,introduces the system composing and the function of the chief components,discusses the problem should be considered to realize the weapon system,and puts forward the auctorial viewpoint,finally sums up the important meaning of this project.
