ge}一ka一guon sh一yon隔离开关试验(tests of diseonneeting switeh) 根据有关技术标准，采用测试手段，对隔离开关的性能及质量状况进行的检验。其主要内容是要检验隔离开关的导电主回路、绝缘结构、机械和操动特性以及对大气环境适应能力等是否符合技术条件的要求。各项试验通常还分为型式试验、出厂(例行)试脸、文接验收试验和预防性试验等。国际电工委员会(I EC)的隔离开关标准规定了试验的项目和要求。中国的国家标准GB1985《交流高压隔离开关和接地开关》与IEC标准的内容基本相同。 导电主回路试验包括动、热稳定试验，发热试验(温升试验)以及主回路直接电阻测量。 绝缘结构试验①按试验电压性质不同有:工频耐受电压试验，雷电冲击耐受电压试验，操作冲击耐受电压试验，或由这些试验电压波形组合而成的复合电压试验;②按试验部位不同有:主回路对地绝缘试验、相间绝缘试验、断口间绝缘试验等，③按自然环境条件不同有:干燥状态、淋雨状态、污秽状态、雾和凝露、冰冻、湿热和高海拔等各项试验。此外，还有二次回路工频耐压试验;④相间及断口绝缘距离测量(对空气间隙)。 机械和操动特性试验包括分、合闸不同期性检验，动触头机械拔出力测定，整体结构的抗扭、抗弯试验，连续机械操作试验(机械寿命试验).联锁和防误操作检验，端子静拉子试验。 其他试验主要有:耐受地震试验.噪声和无线电干扰电平测定，破冰试验，防雨试验，开断与关合小电流(电容性的和电感性的)及母线转换电流的试验，密封性检验，额定接触区和钳夹力的检验.快速接地开关尚应进行关合额定短路关合电流的试验.
