According to the result of this careful analysis and the current situation of Fujian Power communication Network, the author propose a new approach aiming at utilizing high speed widearea multiservice ATM network of fujian power to establish power load management private IP network through local private line interface with GPRS gateway of Fujian Mobi.
对福建电网电力负荷管理系统的发展、实时业务流量、管理业务流量进行分析,根据分析结果及目前福建电力通信网的状况,提出利用福建电力广域ATM高速多业务数据网,通过省移动GPRS网关和省联通CDMA1X网关分别实现本地专线互联,建成福建电网负荷管理系统专用IP网络的构想,并对负荷控制系统专用IP网的总体结构、广域网拓扑结构、局域网拓扑结构、路由选择方案进行了设计。
