In order to improve the simulation method of microwave circuits design, a new alternating-direction-implicit (ADI) scheme is applied to the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method in condition of anisotropy medium to solve the Maxwell′s equations in time domain.
为了改进微波电路设计的数值仿真方法,在各向异性媒质条件下,将交替方向隐式算法用于时域有限差分方法,直接求解时域麦克斯韦方程,把二阶色散Lorentz媒质吸收边界条件推广到单轴各向异性情形。
