基于特征的CAx/DFx信息集成是CIMS和并行工程的核心技术之一，是解决CAD/CAPP/CAM信息集成的有效方法。本项目的研究和开发内容包括：
（1）根据STEP建模方法，参照STEP标准应用协议AP214、AP224，充分考虑了制造工艺的需求，用 EXPRESS语言建立了复杂结构件的特征信息模型； （2）利用商品化CAD系统的二次开发工具进行了特征二次建模，并开发了特征建模系统，建立了特征造型用户界面； （3）利用STEP开发工具，开发了面向应用的API接口，CAD提供的特征信息通过STEP标准数据接口SDAI，实现CAD与下游CAPP等应用系统的信息集成支持集成化并行化的产品开发。 2、技术指标 （1）采用了STEP标准。零件特征信息模型面向制造工艺，并符合STEP标准应用协议ISO 10303 AP214、AP224的要求； （2）特征建模系统基于Pro/E的二次开发工具(Pro/Toolkits)开发； （3）特征库基于覆盖了复杂结构件的加工特征，并具有很好的可扩充性； （4）特征建模界面保留了CAD系统原有的风格，易于用户掌握和使用； （5）通过的标准数据接口SDAI，利用STEP开发工具ST-Developer实现CAD与下游应用系统的信息集成。 3、应用说明 开发的系统在国家863/CIM关键技术项目“并行工程”、航天工业总公司第二研究院并行工程应用的信息集成中，成功的用于复杂结构件的特征造型和加工信息提取，并通过STEP中性文件实现了CAD与下游应用系统的信息集成。该软件在功能使用、用户化程度和维护的灵活性方面都满足了要求，并具有良好的可扩充性、灵活性和可靠性。 4、效益分析 该研究成果采用ISO 10303 STEP 国际标准，实现CAD与下游应用系统（如DFM、CAPP、CAM等）的产品数据集成。在信息集成模式、构造应用协议、特征建模及建立应用程序接口等关键技术方面取得了较大的进展与突破。这对于解决企业实施并行工程、CIMS应用工程中的信息集成问题，具有显著的效果。 5、合作方式 软件的开发与实施，具体费用面议。
