Based on the specific attenuation coefficient due to clouds and fog calculated by Rayleigh absorption approximation of Mie scattering theory and double Debye model for the dielectric permittivity of water, an new empirical expression for estimating attenuation due to clouds and fog is developed.
基于 Rayleigh散射近似和水的双 Debye复介电常数模型计算的云雾衰减系数 ,得到了一种新的估算云雾毫米波衰减系数的经验公式 ,计算结果表明在 1 0～1 0 0 0 GHz频率范围和 - 8℃～ 2 0℃温度范围内 ,这一经验公式和直接计算结果间的最大误差小于 9% ,与其他经验模式比较表明 ,本文所给经验模式在温度和频率适用范围上都有了较大改进 ,最后简述了雾衰减与能见度的关系。

The empirical relations between fog attenuation and water content as well as visibility were derived through regression analysis.
基于gamma雾滴尺寸分布模型及辐射雾和平流雾含水量与能见度的经验关系 ,计算并回归得到了平流雾和辐射雾对 10 6 μm红外辐射的衰减与含水量和能见度的关系 ,其对浓辐射雾得到的雾衰减与含水量的线性关系与文献所给实验结果和半经验公式均有很好的一致性 。
