性质:   把模拟移动床用于吸附分离的设备。根据操作机理分成吸附段、精馏段、解吸段。颗粒吸附剂在床层自上而下移动,并采用解吸剂冲洗。因为吸附剂在移动过程中极易磨损破碎,给操作带来许多困难,从而开发了利用旋转阀间歇运动,使连接固定床各进出口管线周期变化,相当于吸附剂在“移动”的概念。这对各个塔节来说是固定床,整条吸附柱却是相当于连续操作的“移动床”。从而使吸附分离设备成为大型的分离装置。具有连续操作,质量稳定,处理量大,在常温常压下操作,设备简单的优点。材质一般为碳钢。现已大规模应用于石油化工的异构体分离(如从混合二甲苯中提取合成纤维原料对位二甲苯)、石油的脱蜡以及其他烯烃分离,食品工业中果糖的分离等。
