乃印度东方迦没路国一渔夫也，一时彼以铁钩钓鱼，为鱼吞入腹中，由娴饮气法故，虽在鱼腹竟未死亡，时迦没路国有一大河，即西藏之藏布江流入此国，名为洛呬多河，河中有小山，名为乌摩祗梨，大自在天在此山上为乌摩后说息风瑜伽口诀，鱼适至此，鱼腹中人得闻此法，依之修习，得多功德。后诸渔夫捕得此鱼杀之，其人得出，其时昔日国王已逝，又彼入鱼腹时，己子方生未久，今已满十三岁矣，故彼于鱼腹中共住十二年。其后父子二人俱诣阿阇黎遮波致波前，请传教授，依法修习，二人皆得成就，父名得成就者弥那波，得成就者弥那波之弟子有耕田者诃黎波、园丁摩黎波、种桔者帝保梨波三人，皆得成就。
