To solve the problem of high latency and packet loss rate in Mobile IP protocol s handoff process,a Dual-link mobile IP system implementation based on link layer trigger is presented,namely,use link layer trigger to start network-handoff in advance,and use link redundancy to prevent packet loss,and consequently achieve the purpose of seamless handoff.
