| 王序（1912～1984） £ 中国化学家。中国科学院院士。1912年3月8日生于江苏无锡，1984年2月10日卒于北京。1935年沪江大学化学系毕业。1940年获奥地利维也纳大学博士学位，同年回国。历任浙江大学教授，北平研究院化学研究所研究员，北京大学医学院药学系教授，北京医学院药学系主任、核酸化学研究室主任等职。曾任中国药学会副理事长、中国化学会副理事长。早期测试中国草药射干、丹参、土大黄、益母草等的成分及结构。在研究香豆素类合成中发展了稠环角甲基的合成方法。50年代以后主要从事杂环化合物、糖类化合物、核苷酸及中药活性成分的研究。曾提出以酶和受体等作为常用中药的筛选标准，从200多种中药的600多个提取物的研究中获得有意义的活性成分信息。在抗肿瘤药物的研究中，系统地研究了硫代糖和去氧糖的合成以及嘧啶、嘌呤类核苷酸的合成。其中一些三嗪类化合物和它们的核苷，经证明是有效的抗癌剂。 |
