The implementation method of experimental foundation construction with inclinedinserting excavation pile is introduced in this paper,and the key issues of the method and quality control are explained in combination with the construction practice of the 500 kV Jiaying-Rongjiang transmission line project that firstly employed the method in China.

Methods:Baseline survey before implementation and following-up after implementation were conducted to evaluate a year and half year later based on the WHO assessment tools, and to analyze the acquired data.
