Based on analysis of the credit problems existing in the provincial driver training industry, such as overemphasis on profits, management chaos, tax and debt evasion, the paper analyses the importance of establishing credit management system in the driver training industry .

The driving training industry supervision system is implemented by Huhhot City Transportation Management Office in the city which improves the informationization supervision to driver training,ensures the necessary courses and period of driver training,emphasizes the driving safety and realizes scientific management.

This paper introduces economic circumstances in Hangzhou and current situation about driver training.

The application of automobile driving simulator is analyzed on the driving training based on the principle of automobile driving simulator,which can enhance the security of driving training,improve the effect,alleviate road congestion,reduce the emissions from vehicle exhausts,cut down the training cost and so on.
