[行洪区漫堤行洪农作物保险]财产保险的一种特定保险。在行洪区内漫堤行洪造成农作物损失的保险。1986年在淮河干流南润段行洪区开始试办。漫堤行洪超过规定水位造成农作物损失，由保险人负责赔偿损失;如果洪水低于承保水位，堤防溃决造成损失，以及内涝和其他灾害损失，保险人不负赔偿责任。保险金额按作物的季节、种类和年均收获量折成金额确定，不论所保农作物有几季，都须一次交清全年保险费。赔偿处理按出险当时的作物损失计赔。由漫堤行洪造成内涝直接影响下一季的作物播种，仍按不同的比例予以赔付。对水位下降后应及时堵口复堤而未及时堵口复堤，应及时补种晚期农作物而抛荒未种所造成的任何直接损失、间接损失，保险人一律不负补偿责任。
