补充资料:有效应力原理
      土力学中的一个重要原理,是奥地利K.泰尔扎吉(又译太沙基)于1925年提出的。它的内容是:控制饱和土体体积变形和强度变化的不是土体承担的总应力σ,而是总应力与孔隙水压力σW之差,即土骨架承受的应力,即所谓有效应力σe。其表达式为:

  根据这一原理,通常采取加强土体排水措施,促使孔隙水压力消散,以便增大有效应力,达到提高工程稳定性的目的。在岩石力学和地震学中,也有人用这一原理来解释岩石强度的变化和地震前兆。
