舂杵 正骨器械之一。见《世医得效方》卷十八。有：“肩胛上出臼，……须用舂杵一枚，小凳一。令立凳上，用杵撑在下出臼之处，或低，用物簟起；杵长则簟凳起。令一人把住手尾，拽去凳，一人把住舂杵，令一人助患人放身从上坐落，骨节已旧窠矣。”此种复位法可用于肩关节脱臼等症之治疗。临床已较少采用。
