率谷 经穴名。出《针灸甲乙经》。《银海精微》作率骨。《外台秘要》作蟀谷。别名耳尖。属足少阳胆经。足太阳、少阳之会。在头部，当耳尖直上入发际1.5寸，角孙直上方。布有耳颞神经和枕大神经吻合支，及颞浅动脉、静脉顶支。主治偏头痛，目眩，耳鸣，呕吐，惊痫等。沿皮刺0.3-0.5寸。艾条灸5-10分钟。
