dQigang shengsu Zhazhi带钢升速轧制(speed一up rolling of strip) 乳制带钢时低速穿带的带钢头部被卷取机咬住之后,带钢与卷取机同步升速进行高速轧制的方法。为使带钢能顺利穿过精轧机组各个机架,保证在带钢头部走出精轧机组最末机架后带钢在输出辊道上不产生飘浮或打折,并能正确地被卷取机卷上,带钢在输出辊道上的开始运行速度不宜太高,采用低速穿带。为了满足终轧温度和提高产量的要求,当带钢头部被卷取机卷上1一2圈之后,轧机和卷取机同步升速进行高速轧制。由于采取这一工艺方法,带钢的轧制速度显著地得到提高,精轧机组末架的轧制速度可由lom/s左右提高到24m/s,最高可达30m/s;带钢的终轧温度控制得更加精确,从而使带钢的厚度可轧薄到1.0~1.Zmm,甚至达到0.smm。 (丁修望)
