性质:又称格龙德曼醛制备法[Grundmann preparation of aldehydes(from the correeponding acids)]。羧酸酰氯与重氮甲烷反应生成重氮酮,用醋酸处理成相应的酯,水解成α-羰基醇,还原(用氢化铝锂、硼氢化钠等)成邻二醇类化合物,再用高碘酸或四醋酸铝氧化即可得到碳链与原料羧酸相同的醛,是用罗森蒙德还原制备醛的互补方法。
