Influences of gel content and use level of dull PVC resin on the extinction property and plasticizing property of products were studied.

Different smoke compositio ns were made using micron Fe_3O_4,micron TiO_2,nano TiO_2/Fe_3O_4 and nano Fe_3O_4 as oxidizer and their burning property and infrared extinction capability were studied by DTA and infrared transmission percentage test.

And PAM was used as the dispersant which can be used as matting materials.

Matting experiments were carried out on TS100 used as matting agent for nine high grade resin emulsions or dispersion liquids of styrene-acrylate,pure acrylate,polyurethane,acrylic polyurethane and their compounds.

And in the meanwhile, investigations have been given, such as the comparisons in applied characteristics with the same products both in China and abroad, the matting and covering effects, the softness of the covered leathers, fastness to dry tumble, the differences of the using costs.
