semicircular annuloplasty
适用于二尖瓣瓣环明显扩大，造成单纯性二尖瓣关闭不全的病例。瓣膜及瓣下组织病变较轻，瓣膜活动良好，但在全麻体外循环下，瓣环扩大只局限于后内角外，用2-0涤纶无创伤缝针，在后角瓣环处作一“8”字缝合。再以带垫片缝针，作褥式加固缝合1～2针。若瓣环扩大在前内角及后内角处均造成关闭不全者，于两角处均应作褥式缝合，使两瓣靠拢，闭合或改善关闭不全。手术死亡率约4%，远期疗效满意者约80%。
