位于凤凰堆高阜之下。19543月动工修建黄河铁路便桥,于195811日竣工通车。1 9608月三门峡水库拦洪前,便桥到期拆除。1 9663月重建黄河铁路大桥,由铁道部工程三局第三处承建,于1970101日正式通车。新建大桥为钢梁结构。24孔,桥墩为钢筋混凝土结构。桥长1196.6米,桥宽4.8米,铁路两旁为人行道,边沿设有铁栏扶手.桥身高程为344.38米,高出河床25.13米,枯水期高出水面18.38米,洪水期高出水面14.38米,平时高出水面16.38米,载重等级中一22。桥北端为东北向隧道,上通风陵渡车站;桥南端为西南方向隧道,经港13(潼关旧城)、公庄车站至孟塬车站与陇海铁路相接,是沟通华北与西北的重要桥梁。
