穿洞河位于天峨至三堡公路的34公里处，距坡结乡政府驻地4公里。穿洞河因河穿流过岩洞而得名。此洞高达50多米，宽20多米，呈拱状。上下游两个洞口就象两个石拱六，造型美观，堪称鬼斧神工之作。洞内河道弯弯曲曲，流水潺潺；洞壁悬挂着各种各样的钟乳石如龙似凤，千姿百态；洞内光线幽暗，滴水叮咚。乘船过此河段，有如前往地底途中的阴森；然而一出洞口来到阳光明媚，山青水秀、鸟语花香的河流上游山谷，又如身临梦寐以求的“桃花园”中。
