| 病态窦房结综合征 sick sinus syndrome 窦房结及其邻近组织的病变引起窦房结起搏功能和 （或）窦房结传导障碍，从而产生多种心律失常和临床症状。病因有冠心病、风湿性心脏病、高血压心脏病等，可能以窦房结及其邻近组织的特发性纤维化变性最常见。以心率缓慢所致的脑、心、肾等脏器供血不足尤其是脑供血不足症状为主，如心悸、乏力、头晕、近乎晕厥甚至晕厥等症状。合并快速心律失常时称为慢-快综合征 。治疗应针对病因 ，无症状者可定期随诊，有时显脑供血不足症状如近乎晕厥或晕厥者宜安置按需型人工心脏起搏器，必要时再加用药物控制快速心律失常。 |
