  运费付至(指定目的地)贸易术语,国际代码为CPT。按照1 990年版的《国际贸易术语解释通则》的解释,采用这一贸易术语时,卖方应自负费用订立将货物运往目的地指定地点的运输合同,按合同规定的时间将货物交给承运人处置之下,就算完成交货。交货后还应及时通知买方,并支付运费,办理货物出目报关手续,支付出口的各种捐税。买方的主要责任是,在约定的目的地受领货物,按合同规定支付货款,负责目的港卸货费、进口税以及除运费以外的货物在运输途中所增加的其他费用支出,并承担货物自交给承运人保管后的一切风险在多式联运情况下,卖方应将货物交给第一承运人,即完成交货义务。该贸易术语适合于集装箱运输和国际多式联运。随着集装箱运输和国际多式联运的迅速发展,在国际贸易业务中这一贸易术语已得到广泛的采用
