The article describes the conditions and characteristics to use PLC to detect and control the KKK fan,and also analysis the troubles occurring in operation and the measures to overcome them.

The results indicate that the antifriction layer sprayed on the surface of the worn impeller of blower can make the rejected impleller be reused and its service life.
