gooyoilsh日Zhong de shUZI Ce!一ongx一tong高压技术中的数字测量系统(digital mea-suring system used in the high一voltage field) 应用于高电压技术中的数字侧量系统。数字测量系统已在高电压测试领域得到了广泛的应用。可用于直流高电压的算术平均值及纹波、工频高电压及谐波等稳态量的测量，也用于冲击电压、冲击电流、气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS)的暂态过电压等快速、短时间的暂态过程测量，断流容量试验、污秽放电试验等较慢速、长时间的暂态过程测量。此外还可检测局部放电等弱信号。在一次性的暂态过程测量时，由于数字存储示波器或数字记录仪具有“预触发”的功能，可以记录到触发前的信号，其优越性更为突出。 系统中转换装置为与数字测量系统的输人相适应，被测电压或电流信号需通过转换装置转换为适合于输人数字存储示波器或数字记录仪的低电压信号。常应用的转换装置为分压器、分流器或罗戈夫斯基线圈，也可采用光电测量装置。对于某些弱信号侧量，如局部放电的测量(见局部放电试验)，转换装置中还应包括数字或硬件的滤波器、放大器等环节。位数和采样率的要求为满足有关高电压试验技术标准规定的测量准确度要求，对数字测量基本特性应作如下的选择:①位数N。仅作冲击电压、冲击电流的峰值友波形测量时推荐畔位或以与兼作比对试验时推荐用9位或以上。局部放电检测时，有可能要求采用12位。②采样率大。其值按中国国家标准规定，应不低于30/T、，其中T二为被测时间量。为此，在测量标准雷电冲击电压波形的波前时间时，要求fs)60x10嗓样数/s。应用于冲击试验时，数字仪不仅要进行静态特性的测试而且要进行多种动态特性的测试。 屏蔽措施由于数字示波器(或记录仪)、计算机等都是弱电仪器，在高电压测试中必须采取金属屏蔽措施，应把它们置入金属屏蔽室或箱中，并应装置电源滤波器、隔离变压器。信号电缆宜采用双屏蔽同轴射频电缆并应有良好的接地措施(见高电压测试的抚干扰措施)，否则测量到的信号波形会受到电磁干扰的影响，甚至会在测试过程中损坏仪器。
