In this article,the author collects twenty_seven representative construction accidents of grouting piles from data,such as the disfigurement of pile body,the lack of bearing capacity,snakes in hole,water gushing,quick sand and so forth,and finally gives synthesis on these accidents.

This paper divides the data of construction industry accident and development of provincial economy of 31 provinces in China into 3 groups by the cluster analysis of SPSS,and the results show that the characters are similar within a group,but obviously different between one group and another.

According to the actual condition of bridge pile foundation construction accidents in the karst region, the method combining high-pressure jet grouting with static pressure grouting is adopted after comprehensive analyses of all the influence factors, which is proved successful and provided reference for similar projects.
