According to the statistical characteristics of inflow flood in Dongwushi reservoir from 1951 to 2000,seasonal AR(1) model was first used to simulate the reservoir inflow flood,besides,some effects such as the uncertainty of flood discharge capacity,the different representative flood and the historical large flood were taken into account when adjusting the limited water level.
为了提高水库的水资源利用率,探讨水库提高汛限水位的可能性,根据东武仕水库1951—2000年入库洪水的统计特征,采用一阶自回归模型对入库洪水进行了模拟,并考虑了泄洪能力的不确定性及不同典型洪水过程和历史特大洪水等因素对东武仕水库汛限水位进行调整分析。

According to the Dongwushi reservoir design flood,with the reservoir′s flood prevention and flood control standards in principle,using dynamic programming methods,the Dongwushi reservoir flood control model is established,the Dongwushi reservoir and its downstream targets of the protection of flood control scheduling programme are got.
根据东武仕水库上下游的设计洪水,结合水库的防洪标准和防洪调度原则,采用动态规划的方法,建立东武仕水库防洪调度模型,得出适合东武仕水库及其下游防护对象的防洪调度方案。

东武仕水库风景区,位于邯郸市西南30公里的磁县境内。水库最大水面达两万余亩,最大储水量可达1.52亿立方米。该水库东一华里处有村庄,叫东武仕村,以明朝皇帝卫士兵武举命名,水库因此而名。
每到夏季,这里碧波万顷游人若蚁,众多的游人前来划船戏水。水库西部有一个狭长的丰岛,被称作太阳岛,太阳岛以东是广阔的浅水区,湖水清澈,碧波涟涟,是游泳戏水的好去处,太阳岛以西,水面呈深绿色 ,一望无涯,游艇可以任意驰骋水库岸边绿草茸茸,垂柳,白杨郁郁葱葱,加上五光十色的簇簇阳伞点缀其间,犹如繁花竟放。
