In order to enhance the tactical performance of the ammunition packaging in the modern warfare,the high strength seal zipper,the metal container unit module,the gas phase sealed corrosion inhibition technology,and the new engineering plastics was combined together to form a new ammunition compound modularization packaging.

This article reviewed the relations among the forming shrinkage of crystalline engineering plastics PBT with product wall thickness,injection pressure,holding pressure,injection time,holding time,mould temperature,cold time,mould design and glass fiber orientation for GFR PBT.
