性质:反铁电晶体(反铁电多晶体)在施加足够强的直流电场作用下导致所有偶极子的方向与施加的电场方向一致,当反向电场时偶极子取向与反向电场仍一致,宏观特性上表现为特有的双电滞回线。反铁电材料组成不同,双电滞回线不同,性能也有较大差异。利用反铁电陶瓷材料的这一特性,可作为储能电容器介质材料,其储能密度或放电时可能利用的能量远较线性介质和铁电介质高。用它制成的反铁电储能电容器的储能密度可达0.3J/cm3以上,这比优质的油浸纸介电容器的储能密度0.017J/cm3要高16~20倍,显然对小型化极为有利。
