性质:又称多层片。指药物与赋型剂混合后通过一次以上的压制的片剂。由两层或多层组成,各层含有不同的药物或辅料,如胃仙—U即为以氯化磺酸甲基蛋氨酸为主药的复方双层片。制备多层片的目的是为了避免复方制剂中不同药物之间的配伍变化或是为了达到缓释或控释的效果,从而提高疗效、降低毒副作用。复压片就属于此种类型,以初剂量制成外壳,第二剂量则在片芯,一般最初剂量为前4h提供疗效,第二剂量则在片芯的包衣崩解后才释放出来,又产生4h的疗效。
