Niemann-Pick disease
是由于缺乏神经磷脂酶，使神经磷脂不能水解而沉积于网织内皮细胞内。脾脏可达正常的10倍，质韧，切面色淡，有时呈灰黄色。显微镜下见髓索内网织细胞增生，髓窦内皮细胞增生，形成如桑葚状的泡沫细胞，称Niemann-Pick细胞，故又称为Niemann-Pick病。
