In view of the excessive temperature difference of turbine cylinder metal during start-up of 60 MW power generator sets in Xicun Power Plant,China,the relation between the opening of oil-driven machines and that of governing valves is analyzed along with the relationship between governing valve opening and cylinder steam flow;thus a solution to the problem is presented.
