In this paper, a Web-based database accessing model with hierarchy structure is introduced and a method of fuzzy optimization query is given to meet the needs of ordinary customers inquiring, and to improve the situation of low inquiring rate on web.

Focusing on the question of magnanimous database pagination query in Web-based system,analyzes the application developing of Web-based database with JSP and the main techniques for inquiry pagination display,and introduces some paging method which are widely used by contrast.
