  ChUZhQ出渣(pit einder removal)用机械或人工方法将均热炉内钢锭加热过程产生的渣清出护外的作业。也称除渣或清渣。出渣的方法有化渣、刮渣和打渣3种。 化渣也称化炉底。 刮渣用钳式吊车夹住专用工具,将炉底积渣刮出炉外。刮渣作业分两种:炉底铺有垫料时炉渣松软,但不熔化,用钳式吊将垫料及炉渣一起刮出炉外即可,炉底未铺垫料时,刮渣前将炉温升高使炉渣变成糊伏,用钳式吊车将渣刮出炉外。 打渣有机械打渣和人工打渣两种。机械打渣是将炉坑温度降低到常温或规定温度,利用打渣机将炉渣破碎后清出炉外。人工打渣是将炉坑降至常温后,用风镐将护渣捣碎。从出渣口清除。没有出渣口的护坑从上部吊出。 (王国胜)
