This paper has established a water resources renewability assessment index system according to the renewability characteristics of water resources and has made a comprehensive assessment of respective water resources renewability using the method of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive assessment in 16 regions of Yunnan province.
针对水资源可再生性的特点,建立了水资源可再生性评价指标体系,并采用多级模糊综合评判方法,对云南省16个地区的水资源可再生性进行了综合评价。

The assessment indices system of surface water resources renewability in the Yellow River basin had been set up by the meaning of water resources renewability, and then the TOPSIS method was applied to assess the renewability of surface water .
本文根据水资源可再生性基本涵义建立了黄河流域地表水资源可再生性评价一般指标体系 ,并运用TOPSIS法进行评价 ,结果表明 :黄河流域主要产水区域如龙羊峡以上、湟水流域、洮河流域和渭河流域等都是水资源可再生性相对最强或较强的区域 ,北洛河流域是最弱的区域 ,其余属于中等或者较弱区域。

Using statistical data,the water resources renewability of the 16 regions as well as the social renewability of the 15 main cities in the Yellow River Basin were assessed with GPPM method.
将黄河流域划分为15个区域(不含内流区),并把整个黄河流域作为一个区域,共16个区域,利用统计数据资料,采用遗传投影寻踪模型(GPPM)对黄河流域分区水资源可再生性以及流域15个主要城市水资源社会可再生性进行评价。
