A series of experiments with different structures of vaporized-detonator were carried out,which included comparison tests of different diameters of vaporizeddetonator tubes(φ13 mm,φ16 mm and φ29 mm),identical diameter vaporized-detonator tube(φ29 mm) with and without spirals,and spirals with different vaporized-detonator t.

By taking advantage of auxiliary evaporator and adjusting its fluid fluxes in this paper, the heat pump drying unit can acquire the same results of lifting temperature as that assisted with electrical heater.

According to the condition of using each kind of exploders in China,based on the ordinary capacity type exploder,to perfect FB-100 pocket multi-functional exploder,the research group have developed FD-100Z numeral capacitor exploder which can check up blasting network resistance automatically by hard work.

The exploder is controlled by single chip processor PIC16C55 and can be used in explode old buildings and in mines.

In order to ensure the mine safety production and to prevent the coal dust and gas explosion accidents occurred by electric spark,the paper discussed how to eliminate the electric spark occurred from the mine underground illuminations,electric cable connec- tion,underground electric cable selection and mine exploders.
