体内过程： 口服胃肠道吸收好。在体内与血浆蛋白结合。肝中代谢经尿和粪便中排出。
适应症： 用于Ⅱ、Ⅲ型高脂蛋白血症。
用法用量： 口服：开始剂量：1-2mg/日，以后每月递增1-2mg。最大剂量8mg/日，分次服用。
