主料
青龙仔（小龙虾）6只。
配料
姜片、姜末、白糖、花雕酒、葱段、香醋各适量。
做法
1、青龙仔洗净后，用钢针往青龙仔嘴里插入，转两下，使其致死（这样可以保证蒸熟后的虾脚不会断落）。
2、放上姜片、葱段，倒上花雕酒，上笼蒸20分钟即可。
3、跟料为香醋（醋里放姜末和白糖）。
特点
肉鲜嫩，略带甜味。
