The fuzzy Shapley value of n-person cooperative games with fuzzy worth is discussed employing the representation theorem of fuzzy set.

Axioms of the fuzzy Shapley value are extended on the basis of the deterministic one.

This study develop the interval-valued fuzzy Shapley values with the fuzzy characteristic of trigonometric payoff functions for n-person cooperative games and three axioms of classical Shapley value are extended on the basis of relevant theory of fuzzy mathematics.

At last, on basis of formal Shapley Value Model, we, combining mathematical model and game theory, raise the profit distribution method on basis of risk difference and advanced optimal coefficient distribution method.

Finally,the fuzzy reasonable Shapley allocation is given,which continuity is proved in this paper.
