针对670t/h烟煤锅炉掺烧褐煤时遇到的制粉系统爆炸和出力低、机组带负荷能力低、落煤管堵煤、送粉系统不安全等问题,提出了将制粉系统干燥介质的组成由原设计的"热风+再循环"方式改造为"热炉烟+热风+再循环"方式;送粉方式由原设计的热风送粉改造为"温风"送粉。
